We recommend using water when commissioning in order to check all external
connections for leaks, and to adjust the air supply and the suction time.
The commissioning must be done as follows
1. Ensure voltage supply and compressed air
supply

2. Connect full container(s) with Click & Plug coupler or immerse hose end(s) in open
water tank.
CAUTION!
Never apply pressure on the lifting vessel while rinsing or filling with
water!
3. T
urn on the master switch, start the filling process ON LED lights up green / LL1 LED
(container 1) lights up green. Solenoid valve opens air supply to the injector
. The
lifting vessel is filled for 10 seconds

on page 27. If the level switch in the lifting vessel has already been reached, the next
step can be omitted. The Connexx control unit sends an enable signal to the
connected pumps.
During transport it may be possible that the mechanical floater for overfill
safety at the top stays firmly hanging and in spite of flowing
injector, no
product is sucked into the lifting vessel
