2. Click the Utility tab, then click the Speed & Progress button. You see
the Speed & Progress dialog box. (See page 126 for more information
about using the Speed & Progress utility.)

Monitoring Preferences button. You see the Monitoring
Preferences dialog box:
4. Select the notification options you want to use.

the Show Progress

deselect it and disable
display of the progress
meter during printing.
