Nessy2
The NESSY 2 assembly measures the electrical resistance between
the two connections to the patient plate. In addition, the
currents in
both connecting lines are measured.
The measured values are transmitted to the "CPU + Sensors" via an
electronically insulated asynchronous serial interface. There they are
converted to CAN and sent to the control panel. Here it is then as
-
sessed whether the measured contact resistance permits activation
or not. In addition, it is checked whether the limits specified for current
density and symmetry have been exceeded.
