5 V voltage discovered to
be too low during self-
check after reset.
Check 5 V electrical supply
and monitoring.
4 (NE) 4 Overvoltage 5 V:
5 V voltage discovered to
be too high during self-
check after reset.
Check 5 V electrical supply
and monitoring. Can also
be caused by missing
+12
V voltage (because
then ADC ref.volt. is miss
-
ing).
4 (NE) 5 Undervoltage ±12 V:
+12 V voltage discovered
to be too low or –12
V volt-
age too high during self-
check after reset.
Check +12 and –12 V elec-
trical supply and monitor-
ing.
4 (NE) 6 Overvoltage ±12 V:
+12 V voltage discovered
to be too high or –12

age too low during self-
