11.2 Using Telnet
Start a Telnet session in Windows by clicking StartÆRun…, type
telnet <IP address> and click OK .

The CLI is the same whether a serial connection or telnet is used. The login
session starts, see
Figure 37 on page 60:
1. Type admin at the login: prompt.
2. Type admin at the Password: prompt.
The session is opened and the prompt is shown.

Note: The password can be changed by a CLI command. The password
length (minimum number of characters) can be set, but is not syn-
chronized automatically with the value in PEM. A CLI command
can be used to show the actual length of the password. For more
details about the password command, see section
11.6.10.9 on
