SCHEDULED MAINTENANCE
1. RESPONSIBILITY OF OWNER OR OPERATOR
The airplane owner or operator is responsible for maintaining the airplane in an airworthy condition,
including compliance with all applicable Airworthiness Directives.
The owner or operator must ensure that the maintenance is done by qualified personnel.
The owner or operator should ensure that the airframe, airplane systems and power plant mechanic
inspecting the airplane has access to all necessary manuals and service information.
The owner or operator is responsible to obtain specific approval from EASA for any alternation to the
inspect program.
The owner or operator is responsible to ensure that all service bulletins which are pertinent to his
particular operation are complied with.
2. INSPECTION MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
The described requirements on inspections accomplishment must be understood a minimum
requirements coming out from normal operation experience at a common operator.
3. INSPECTION TOLERANCES
The owner's or operator's inspection intervals shall not deviate from the inspection time limits shown in
table of inspection tolerances (see Tab. 05-1).
