NOTE
The relay Bosch 12 V / 75 A is installed on the airplane in the
case when the auxiliary generator is used. The relay 12 V / 30
A is installed on the airplane as a standard. The procedure of
installation and removal is typical for all relays.
(1) Removal – relay 12 V / 30 A
(a) Switch the electrical network off and disconnect the battery.
(b) Remove the cover of the upper part of fuselage F4 (Section 53-30).
(c) Disconnect the connectors (2, Fig. 24-15) from the relay contacts (1).
(d) Unscrew and remove the nut (4), washer (5) and the screw (3).
(e) Remove the relay (1).
(2) Installation – relay 12 V / 30 A
(a) Place the relay (1, Fig. 24-15) on the bracket in the upper part of the fuselage.
(b) Insert the screw (3) into the appropriate hole, put on the washer (5), screw on and
tighten the nut (4).
(c) Connect the connectors (2).
(d) Install the cover of the upper part of the fuselage F4 (Section 53-30).
(e) Connect the battery, switch the electrical network on and check the function of the
relay.
