NOTE
The removal / installation procedures for left and right lights are
identical.
(1) Removal – flashtube of the strobe light
WARNING
THE STROBE LIGHTS ARE HIGH-VOLTAGE DEVICE. DO
NOT REMOVE OR TOUCH THE FLASHTUBE DURING
OPERATION. AFTER YOU SWITCH THE SYSTEM OFF,
WAIT 5 MINUTES, BEFORE YOU START THE WORK.
(a) Switch the electrical network off and disconnect the battery.
(b) Remove the cover W4L or W4R (Fig. 06-2).
(c) Disconnect the connector with wires (13, Fig. 33-5) from the harness.
(d) Unscrew the screws (9) and remove the flashtube cover (2) including the lens (4).
