6. EXCEEDING OF ENGINE / PROPELLER LIMITATIONS
A. Exceeding of engine limitations
If the engine limitations have been exceeded during the airplane operation, follow instructions in
the Maintenance Manual (Line Maintenance) for Rotax Engine Type 912 Series (Ref. No. MML-
912, Part. No. 899191).
B. Exceeding of propeller limitations
If the propeller limitations have been exceeded during the airplane operation, follow instructions
mentioned in:
• User Manual Klassic 170/3 Aircraft propeller (Doc. No UM-07 EN),
• User Manual KW-31 Electrical variable aircraft propeller (Doc. No. UM-05 EN).
7. AIRPLANE IMMERSING
Do the following procedure when the airplane has been immersed:
• Dry and clean the interior / exterior of the airplane.
• Clean engine compartment.
• Remove the engine (Section 71-00) and follow instructions in the Maintenance Manual (Line
Maintenance) for Rotax Engine Type 912 Series (Ref. No. MML-912, Part. No. 899191).
• Remove the propeller (Section 61-10) and send it to the propeller manufacturer or authorized
repair center.
• Remove the instruments and COMM/NAV equipment and send them to the authorized repair
center.
• Check fuel system for contamination.
• Do the annual inspection of the airplane (Section 05-20).
8. FUEL CONTAMINATION
In case of fuel contamination, flush the fuel system according with the procedure mentioned in the
Section 28-00.
9. TIRE BURST
If the tire burst occurs during the airplane operation, do the 100 FH inspection relating to the landing
gear and brakes.
