– Install the lock washer “1” and hub nut “2”;
– Lock the clutch hub with the universal locking tool “3” and
tighten the nut “2”;
Nut (clutch boss) (XX 125 / XE 125 versions):
80 Nm (8.0 m•kg, 58 ft•lb)
Nut (clutch boss) (XX 250 version):
75 Nm (7.5 m•kg, 55 ft•lb)
– Straighten the lock washer tab “1”;
– Install alternately the driving plates “1” and the driven
plates “2” on the clutch hub, starting and ending with a
driving plate “1”.
Apply transmission oil to the driven and driving
plates.
– Install washer “ 1” and clutch hub “2”;
