Resolving the No Mag Installed Error
All Troubleshooting procedures assume that only factory-authorized supplies are in use in
the Printer.
Step Procedure
1 Review the following information.
 Symptom: There is not Magnetic Encoder installed.
 Printer Error State: A print job with Magnetic encoding was sent with no
Magnetic encoder installed in the Printer.
 LCD Error Display: No Mag Installed
 Driver Monitor Error Display: No Mag Installed
