Interview
→ The operator is required to keep his installation in good working order;

- Test of the panel's audible and visual signaling
by pressing the "signalling test" and
"report" keys.

test of emergency exit unlocking devices

• Testing
of DAS for fire safety functions such as sound diffusers, fire doors,
smoke extraction motor…. ) as well as technical stops (eg non stop lift) from a detection point.

yearly verification operations
• Test
from a detection point of CMSI functions
→ Annual verification operations
- Functional
test of each automatic detector and each manual call point;

testing of dampers and shutters;
- testing
of control devices;
- visual
inspection of each DAS (including those with position control and remote
reset);
- functional
test of the alarm equipment (broadcasting of the emergency evacuation sound signal).
Battery maintenance
→ The
system automatically monitors battery charge and status, including internal impedance.
→ Battery
replacement
The
batteries must be replaced every 4 years or before this period in the event of a persistent battery fault indication.
