GENERAL PRESENTATION
Addressable
control and signaling equipmentBaltic 512is
designed to meet the requirements of category A fire
safety systems (SSI) with type 1 alarm equipment (EA). It
is installed in establishments with a sleeping area and in
all those presenting a particular risk.
ThereBaltic 512has a choice of 8 open buses of 32 points
or 4 "re looped" buses of 128 points.
The addressable ECS can manage addressable automatic
fire detectors
and manual call points, standard sounders
or autonomous sound alarm units (BAAS) and signaling
report boards.
It includes addressable control and signaling equipment
(ECS) with 512 detection points using automatic detectors
or manual call points in accordance with NF EN54-2 and
54-4 standards and a fire safety centralizer (CMSI)
consisting of a unit alarm management (UGA) and 3
configurable safety functions in transmission or current
failure
with or without position control.
There
Baltic 512innovates by its operation under a voltage of
12V. A backup battery is sufficient for the secondary power
supply of each system (ECS and CMSI).
The ECS has
a standby time of 72 hours.
The configuration
of the ECS, CMSI and UGA is carried out by PC via
USB or RS232 (Baltic PC software).
In
accordance with regulations, these two systems have
functional independence (separate power supplies).
