Remove the toner cartridge by holding the
handle on the top of the cartridge while gently
pulling it out.
Important • Pull out the toner cartridge gently. Otherwise, toner may spill from the cartridge.
• If you have a used toner cartridge no longer needed, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative for
its disposal.

Take out the new toner cartridge of the same
color as the old one from its box, and gently tilt
the cartridge up and down, and then left and
right several times.

Insert the toner cartridge in gently until it
stops.
Note • Be sure to insert the toner cartridge until it
clicks into place.

Close the machine front toner cover.
Note • If the machine front toner cover is not completely closed, a message will appear and the machine
will remain paused.
Replacing the Waste Toner Container
When the waste toner container becomes full, a message appears on the touch screen.
Replace the waste toner container according to the message.
Never throw a toner cartridge into an open
flame. Remaining toner in the cartridge may
catch fire and cause burn injuries or
explosion.
If you have a used toner cartridge no longer
needed, contact your local Fuji Xerox
representative for its disposal.

Please order a Waste Toner Container. Order the waste toner container.
Note • Approximately 3,000
*
pages can be
copied or printed after the message is
displayed.
The Waste Toner Container needs to be
replaced.
The machine will stop. Replace the waste toner
container with a new one.
