Pull out tray 4 (large-capacity).

Remove the jammed paper.
If the paper is torn, check whether any pieces of paper
are left inside the printer.

If paper jams in the paper feed portion,
open the inner cover and remove the
paper.

Slowly push the paper tray fully to the
end.
