Using the application, create a document to be laid over the form.

Select [Print] from the [File] menu.

Check [Select Printer] and then click [Preferences].

Click the [Watermarks/Forms] tab.

Check the [Image Overlay] checkbox.

Enter the form name (max. 8 characters) which is the same as that reg-
istered in this printer in [File Name].

Click [OK] to print the document laid over the selected form.
