6.2.3 Removing Jammed Paper in Tray 5
(Bypass Tray)
If a paper jam occurs in paper tray 5 (bypass tray), remove the jammed paper
according to the steps below.

Check the back (behind the paper sup-
ply section) of paper tray 5 (bypass
tray), and remove the jammed paper if
any.
If multiple sheets of paper are loaded, remove all the
sheets at once.

Align the removed sheets at four cor-
ners, and insert them carefully into the
paper supply section with the printing
side facing down.
