SmartCard into the SmartCard reader with
the chip facing upwards.
► C heck whether the SmartCard you are u sing
is supported. Your SmartCard must comply
with the ISO standard 7816-1, - 2, -3 and -4.

User and/or supervisor SmartCard lost ► If you have lost your User SmartCard, you
can continue working with the Supervisor
SmartCard a nd initialise a ne w User
SmartCard or deactivate the SystemLock
function.
► I f you have lost the Supervisor SmartCard,
you can continue working, but you no longer
have all y our rights and can no longer
initialise a Supervisor SmartCard.
► IfyouhavelostbothSmartCards,youcan
no longer boot your system. Please contact
our Service Desk. You must provide proof of
ownership for the device. Then the Service
Desk will refer you to our service partne r,
who will unlock your device (for a charge).
