Remote storage function
This is a function to recognize the external memory device connected by using the console redirection
function as a remote device of the server.
The configuration of the remote storage function is shown in the figure below.
The following devices can be used in the remote storage connection. However, the writing into the
DVD drive is not supported.
• Internal floppy disk drive
• ATAPI CD-ROM drive
• ATAPI DVD drive
• USB floppy disk drive
• USB CD-ROM drive
License key settings
Enter the license key from the Web to make effective the console redirection function and the remote
storage function.
For details of the setting method, refer to the manual supplied with PG-RMCU2.
