The internal pump flow restrictor needs to be replaced,

Siphoning occurs
through the system in
column and flow restric-
tor by-pass

The cable between a module and the ICU is not
connected
Remove the module and make sure that the cable is
connected.

Two similar modules have been added to the instru-
ment, for example two Inlet valve A
Remove one of the modules with the same Node ID.
•
The Node ID for one or more of the modules is incor-
rect, for example an Inlet valve A2 has the same
Node ID as Inlet valve A. The instrument then con-
siders them to have the same identity.
Remove Inlet valve A2 and change the Node ID accord-
ing to Section 9.15 Check and change the Node ID of
a module, on page 515.
