9.7.10 System settings - Data collection
The following table describes the data collection related system settings available for
ÄKTA avant.
DescriptionInstruction name
The Maximum number of data points parameter deter-
mine the maximum number of data points collected for
a given curve. Data reduction occurs if the maximum
number of data points is exceeded. To avoid data reduc-
tion, set the maximum number of data points to be
collected to 180000 or insert a New Chromatogram
instruction in the method.
Note:
The default setting is 54000 data points, which corre-
sponds to 1.5 h for a signal of 10 Hz.
