O/S Used to release the block from the fail-safe
state.
When the value of this parameter is 3, writing 1
will release the block from the fail-safe state.
1 = clear, non-latch (normal state)
2 = active, latched (during fail-safe state)
3 = clear, latched (cause has been cleared but
failsafe action is still on).
