General Description
The LOGIQ E10 Carrier Board (ECB) is a single board computer built from a COM Express module fitted
into customized rack. Its main function is to be the central processing unit of the Ultrasound system,
controlling all the functionality, user interface and connectivity of the scanner.
Backplane connectors give the connectivity to the rack Backplane to interface to the other components/
boards installed in the rack/system.
Front connectors give the connectivity to interface to user-IO and components installed in the system.
The ECB also host a single slot GPU card, a standard SATA Solid State Drive (SSD) and a mini-PCI
Express module.
Location in the LOGIQ E10
The ECB is located on the right side of the Card Cage, behind the I/O Board and is shielded from the
other Cards.
