Subwoofer removal
CAUTION
During this procedure, wear cut resistant gloves to avoid scraping your hands when
reaching into the Main Console or blind spaces.

Remove all Options within the Option Box.
Place all the Options on an ESD safe
place.
Disconnect all cabling to the Backplane.
NOTE: The flange nuts and screws
securing the Option covers are 7 mm and
#2 Phillips. All Options may not be present.
All the flange nuts and screws for the
Option covers, can be removed at once, if
desired. The Shear Wave Capacitor Pack
is the only Option in the Option Box that
DOES NOT have a removable cover.
NOTE: It is not necessary to remove the
ECG (Patient I/O Module) or the Rear I/O,
but the USB Cable at the bottom of the
Rear I/O, and all other cabling will have to
be removed.
Proceed to the next step for removing the
Options.
