Select the Cellbag bioreactor size and corresponding tray according to application re-
quirements and system configuration. See the table below for guidelines.

To use a 20 L or 50 L Cellbag bioreactor, the system must be configured for
single mode.
Note:
Depending on application and configuration it might be possible to cultivate
below the recommended minimum volume. However, it is highly recommended
to stay above this volume for applications that require high agitation, and pH
and DO control. The temperature, pH, and DO sensors need to be submerged
in liquid throughout the complete rocking cycle to function correctly.
