5.1.5 Prepare the pump
Tubing holder positions
The pump head has two different holder positions to accommodate tubing with different
sizes. The inner position is for small tubing and the outer position is for large tubing (see
Pump tubing sizes, on page 114).
Outer position for large tubing
Inner position for small tubing.
Pump tubing sizes
The table below lists tubing sizes supported by ReadyToProcess Pump 25, with the range
of flow rates provided by each size. The wall thickness of the tubing should be 1.6 mm
(1/16").
Pump tubing is not supplied with the system. Suitable tubing must be pur-
chased separately.
