5.3.2 Adjust pump parameters
Follow the instructions below to adjust the pump parameters.

Adjust the pump parameters for each pump under Settings:Cellbag pumps.1
Enter the Tube inner diameter and if the pump function is acid or base, enter
the molarity.
Note:
The acid/base control is tuned with NaOH and HCl. If you are using acid or
base with a different pK value you should set the Molarity parameter to the
equivalent molarity of NaOH or HCl for optimal pH control.
If you are preparing a perfusion cultivation, enable auto-calibration or cali-
brate the feed and harvest pumps to reach optimal precision.
