Error/Failure Meaning Correction
16 Y Axis Encoder Failure Check encoder and power
connectors.
Check for obstructions and retry. Call
Field Service if retry fails.
17 Servo System Halt SYSOK line not asserted. Contact Field Service.
18 X Axis Overload Material movement is jammed
or obstructed.
Unjam X axis. Retry. Call Field
Service if retry fails.
19 Y Axis Overload Tool head motion moving left
and right Motion is jammed or
obstructed.
Unjam Y axis. Retry. Call Field
Service if retry fails.
20 Z Axis Overload Tool head moving up and
down is jammed or
obstructed.
Unjam Z axis. Retry. Call Field
Service if retry fails.
21 Axis Overload Motion is axis is jammed or
obstructed.
Unjam all axes. Retry. Call Field
Service if retry fails.
22 Bad Ctrl PCB Version Incompatible driver board. Contact Field Service.
23 Unknown Plot Data Plot data corrupted in plotter. Re-send job.
24 Plotter Overheated Temperature inside the plotter
is too hot.
Power off, let cool. Power on. Check
for running fan and clear air vents.
25 Unexpected Interrupt Elec control board failure. Retry. Call Field Service if retry fails.
26 Unknown Interrupt Elec control board failure. Retry. Call Field Service if retry fails.
27 EEPROM Failure Non-volatile memory chip not
functioning.
Power on holding F1 and CANCEL
keys to load factory defaults. Retry.
Call Field Service if retry fails.
28 X Axis Home Error Axis cannot move to home Remove any obstacles to axis
