8 DISASSEMBLY AND ASSEMBLY
(3) Put on the electrostatic adhesion panel to the honeycomb plate from the left side of FCX2000 during
gently removing the protection label from double-sided Adhesion tapes.
(4) Put on the electrostatic adhesion panel to same position which was installed.
(5) Put the electrostatic adhesion panel to the honeycomb plate by the double-sided Adhesion tapes.
(6) Connect the exible cable of electrostatic adhesion panel to the electrostatic relay board.
(7) Attach the right top cover.
