Rear Suspension and Arm
5.6.6 Checking and Service of
Rear Suspension
1. It is similar to the front suspension. Check if
there exists any distortion or crack on the
install axis of the shock absorber in which
case it must be replaced.
2. Inspect the rocker bushing and the middle
rubber separate is integrated. (According to the
Front Suspension)
3. The cotter pin on the head of the install axis
which in the rear shock absorber whether is
credible.
NOTE
After disassemble the rear shock absorber,
check if there exists any distortion or crack
on the frame connection hole and the rear
shock absorber, if so, inform the special
serviceman to inspect and service first or
install the rear shock absorber on the frame
after instead. (Attention, the bolts must be
the special self-lock nut, the fastening
torque must be 45-55Nm)
