• HASLER Group provides an original instruction manual in French. It is intended for the customer's known
technical and/or commercial contact(s).
• The customer is responsible for transmitting the manuals to the persons in its factory whom it considers
concerned. Under no circumstances may HASLER Group be held responsible if these documents are not
available in the work places and/or when needed.
• The manual is to be read in full and applied by any person tasked with working with/on the equipment.
MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
• Our customers can contact us through our subsidiaries, agents or sales engineers to obtain information.
• Requests for technical information can be made to:
• Design Office section: technical information, diverse numerical values, clarifications
concerning diagrams, interpretation of the text in the manuals, etc.
• Spare Parts section: spare parts availability and orders.
• Product Support section: trouble shooting, visit by technicians, repair or reconditioning
of parts.
