When using a non-HEIDENHAIN inverter system (e.g., Simodrive 611), the power supply from
the dc link is mostly lead via a protective PCB. This is secured to the conductor bar on the non-
HEIDENHAIN inverter.

8 Shut down the control and switch off the machine.
8 Take precautions against restart.
8 Check whether there is zero potential at the conductor bars.
8 Check the fuses on the protective PCB and exchange them, if necessary.
