Bit 1 – Reference value for calculating the preset during datum setting

0: Positioning without passing over zero
1: Positioning on the shortest path
Bit 3 – Reserved, enter 0
Bit 4 – Tolerance for compensating movements with tilting axes (M114)
0: Tolerance will be included
