0: Positioning without passing over zero
1: Positioning on the shortest path

Bit 4 – Tolerance for compensating movements with tilting axes (M114)
0: Tolerance will be included
1: Tolerance will not be included
Bit 5 – Feed rate with M128 or TCPM
