WARNING:
The Envision E700 surface on the Progressa™ Bed frame is not fully compliant to the
IEC 60601-2-52:2009 standard; however, it is compliant with the FDA Guidance: Hospital Bed
System Dimensional and Assessment Guidance to Reduced Entrapment [Issued March 10, 2006]
standard. Use of a mattress in combination with the product that is not fully compliant to the IEC
60601-2-52:2009 standard may increase the risk of patients becoming trapped. In such cases, the
patient must be monitored closely.
WARNING:
The following surfaces can be used with the Progressa™ Bed with the Dining Chair option. Do not
use the following surfaces with the Chair Egress option. Do not use the FlexAfoot feature with the
following surfaces:
• P500 MRS
• NP100—flat deck 36" x 84" (91 cm x 213 cm)
• AccuMax® Surface—flat deck 36" x 84" (91 cm x 213 cm)
