1. Recover the quorum disk.
2. Resynchronize the pair.

Recovery of the quorum disk (pair status: PAIR)
When the pair status is PAIR and the pair suspends due to quorum disk
failure, the P-VOL I/O mode is Local and the server continues I/O to the P-
VOL.
The following figure shows the failure area and recovery when the pair
suspends due to quorum disk failure.
