8) Install the shift rod B assembly and the seal holder in the
gear case assembly and tighten the 6 x 20 mm flange bolt
securely.
7) Drive the 3 x 12 mm spring pin into the shift rod B using a
commercially available pin driver.
• Before installing the spring pin, move the seal holder
above the spring pin installation part of the shift rod B
(i.e. on the hook side of the shift rod B).
