9) Apply soapy water to the outer surface of a new 17 x 30 x
7 mm water seal.
10) Drive the 17 x 30 x 7 mm water seals one by one into the
water pump housing using the special tools. Note the
installation direction of the water seals.
Apply marine grease to the water seal mating surfaces
before installation.

11) After installation, apply marine grease to the water seal
lips.
