3.2.2. Main power switch
This switch controls the line power. The ACM 150 monitor cannot operate unless it is
switched ON. Switching it OFF disconnects line power to all ACM 150 assemblies. This is
also a Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) switch. It accepts an external padlock in the OFF position.

3.2.3. Sample valve manifolds
Located at the top of the cabinet, these manifolds are made of aluminum, which is then
Teflon-impregnated and hard anodized to provide an inert surface.
Each manifold holds ten valves. These are 3-way solenoid valves operated by 24 Vdc.
One-way flows to a bypass header and the other to a sampling header that connects to
the cycle valves and the FTIR gas cell. The valves mount upside down. Screws secure
them, and o-rings seal them to the manifold.
