This chapter provides an overview of the following system components, and provides their
dimensions:
• Transmitter Unit
• Certied Sensor
• Accessories

2.1 TRANSMITTER UNIT
TheTransmitterUnitprovidesamountingpointforaCertiedSensorandcontainsalltheelectronics
associated with the gas detection system.
It features an LCD display screen that displays the controlling software menu system, and also a set
of buttons that let an operator/user interact with the system by accessing the menus and responding
to displayed messages.
