trailing ends of the bar code. You may either transmit, or not transmit Start/Stop

Check Character: Codabar check characters are created using different “modulos.”
You can programthe HF800 to read only Codabar bar codes with Modulo 16 check
characters. No Check Character indicates that the HF800 reads and transmits bar

check character, and transmits this character at the end of the scanned data. When
Check Character is set to Validate, but Don’t Transmit, the HF800 only reads
Codabar bar codes printed with a check character, but does not transmit the check
character with the scanned data.
