Serial Interface Setup
The Serial interface is used when connecting to the serial port of a PC or terminal.
Select tab of the DataMax

and click the button .
1. Baud rate sends the data form the reader to the terminal at the specified rate

the host terminal must be set for the same baud rate as the re
ader. Default =
115200.
2. Data bits sets the word length at 7 or 8 bits of data per character. If
