6.7 Agitator
¾ Set the ball valve on the suction side to
Suction water/spraying mixture from spraying mixture
container
and the ball valve on the pressure side to
Agitator
.
¾ Switch on the PTO-shaft. Stirring is done with full power.
¾ The intensity of the agitator can be manually adjusted via the directional valve during circula-
tion/spraying. To do so, the ball valve of the pressure side must be set to
Circulation/spraying
.
6.8 Illuviation valve
¾ Illuviate medium during the lling process: Set the ball valve on the suction side to
Fill spraying
mixture container via suction connection
and the ball valve on the pressure side to
Illuviation valve
.
¾ Illuviate medium while the spraying mixture container is full: Set the ball valve on the suction
side to
Suction water from spraying mixture container
and the ball valve on the pressure side
to
Illuviation valve
.
¾ Switch on the PTO-shaft.
¾ Turn o the PTO-shaft again after all medium was ushed in and the illuviation valve cleaned.
6.9 Circulation / spraying
¾ Set the ball valve on the suction side to
Suction water/spraying mixture from spraying mixture
container
and the ball valve on the pressure side to
Circulation/spraying
.
¾ Switching on the PTO-shaft activates the piston diaphragm pump.
¾ Activate the circulation on the terminal.
¾ The intensity of the agitator can be set with the manual valve during circulation/spraying.
6.10 Residue drain
¾ Place a suitable collecting vessel under the residue drain and open the ball valve.
¾ Set the ball valve on the suction side to
Residue drain
and the ball valve on the pressure side
to
Circulation/spraying
.
¾ Set the ball valve of the suction side to
Suction water from spraying mixture container
after
spraying mixture container and the lines are drained.
¾ Close the ball valve and dispose of the collected residual solution according to regulation.
