Preparing to Convert a Desktop System
to a Tower System
To prepare a desktop system for conversion to a tower system,
follow these steps:
1. Save all files and applications, then turn off the system.
2. Remove the external monitor and monitor support cover,
if applicable.
3. Undock the computer.
4. Turn off all external devices connected to the desktop
expansion base.
5. Disconnect all cables and the power cord from the
expansion base.
