The wireless network adapter can then automatically obtain an IP

You can also manually set the IP address of the computer. Select TCP/IP
and select Manually from the
Congure IPv4 drop-down list. Set IPv4
Address to a static IP address "192.168.3.*" (* is an integer ranging from
2 to 254) that is in the same network segment as the router, set Router
to "192.168.3.1", and click OK.
NO TE
Generally, the address of the web-based management page is on the nameplate
at the bottom of the router for the default IP address. However, the address may
vary for the carrier custom versions. Use the actual address printed on the
nameplate on the bottom of the router or consult the carrier.
