Method 3: Checking through your router's web-based management page
● Ensure that you have already completed the Internet access wizard for your router using
the HUAWEI AI Life App.
● Connect your computer/phone to the router's Wi-Fi（check the nameplate at the bottom
of the router for the default Wi-Fi name, no password) , or connect the computer to the
router's LAN port using an Ethernet cable. In your browser address bar, enter the default
IP address and log in to the web-based management page(check the nameplate at the
bottom of the router for the default IP address).
Go to Manage Device. From here you can check whether your phone is connected
to a 2.4 GHz or 5 GHz Wi-Fi network.
