3. Disable Prioritize 5 GHz/Tri-band auto-selection., then touch the √ icon in
the upper right corner of the screen.
Method 2: Using the web-based management page
Ensure that you have already completed the Internet access wizard for your router.
1. Connect your computer/phone to the router's Wi-Fi , or connect the computer
to the router's LAN port using an Ethernet cable. In your browser address bar,
enter the default IP address and log in to the web-based management
page(check the nameplate at the bottom of the router for the default IP
address).
2. Click My Wi-Fi. Click Prioritize 5 GHz/Tri-band auto-switch and then click
Save to disable Prioritize 5 GHz/Tri-band auto-switch.
