Install the xing beam and reserve mounting holes
(1) A nine-folding AL cabinet (PS cabinet) is recommended for installation of the drive. The cross section of
the nine-folding AL cabinet is shown in Figure 3-15.
(2) When the drive of MD500T200G(-L) to MD500T450G(-L) is mounted in the nine-folding AL cabinet of 600
mm deep, the xing beam must fold inwards, as shown in Figure 3-16. When the drive is mounted in the
cabinet of 800 mm deep, folding inwards is not required.

● If the cabinet has a front door and a back door, the cabinet of 600 mm deep is too small to
accommodate the drive of MD500T200G(-L) to MD500T450G(-L). In this case, the cabinet of 800
mm deep is recommended.
