Chapter 7—Commands
TD – Define Date Format
Description is command is used to define the date format when printing.

The parameters describe the format of the date display. At least one parameter
must be supplied. Each parameter can be any of the acceptable values listed
below:
y2 Year displayed as 2 digits, for example 04
y4 Year displayed as 4 digits, for example 2004
me Month displayed as a 3-letter English abbreviation, for example JAN,
FEB, MAR, APR, MAY, etc.
mn Month displayed as 2 digits, for example 01
dd Day displayed as 2 digits, for example 15
/ Represents an optional separator character, which can be any character
in the range between ASCII 32 dec. and ASCII 63 dec. The separator is
printed between the results of each of the supplied parameters.
Default: me/dd/y4
Remarks is command works only if the printer is fitted with an optional
real-time clock circuit (RTC).
Examples If the current date is January 15, 2004:
TDy2/me/dd :Prints as 04/JAN/15
TDdd-me-y4 :Prints as 15-JAN-2004
TDdd,mn,y4 :Prints as 15,01,2004
TDy4-mn-dd :Prints as 2004-01-15
TDme/dd/y4 :Prints as JAN/15/2004
