Thermal Head Disassembly Procedure
1. Open the side panel and remove the front cover (two screws).
2. Remove the two screws securing the thermal head. See Figure 2-12.

3. Unlatch and raise the thermal head bracket.

4. Pull the thermal head forward and unplug the connector. See Figure 2-13.
Reverse this procedure for assembly.
