Action:
 Check the connection wiring for the digital
outputs DOUT40 ... DOUT42 (short circuit,
cross circuit, etc.).
 Check the connection wiring for the brake
(short circuit, cross circuit, etc.).
 Brake connection: The error may occur with
long motor cables if:
1.
The brake output X6 was configured for
the brake (this is the case with factory
settings!) and
2.
A motor without a holding brake is used
and the brake connection lines in the
motor cable are terminated at X6. In
this case: Disconnect the brake
connection lines at X6.
 If there is no error in the connection wiring,
there may be an internal error in the module
(check by swapping the module).
1 Digital inputs - Signal level error Cause:
 Exceeding / violation of discrepancy time
with multi-channel inputs (DIN40 ... DIN43,
two-handed control device, mode selector
switch).
